Our glass fiber media delivers an efficiency rating of 99.97% against 0.3 micron oily aerosol particles – it’s efficient filtration designed for the HEPA 700’s high volume airflow.

The Mediclean Pre-filter captures dust, debris and large particulates that could aggravate allergies, asthma or other respiratory illnesses. It is important to ALWAYS operate the HEPA 700 with a Pre-Filter or Carbon Pre-Filter in addition to the HEPA filter. The Pre-filter’s high dust-holding capacity improves the HEPA filter’s efficiency and lifespan.

Simply swap out the Pre-Filter with our Activated Carbon Filter to effectively fight against VOCs, food odors, fumes from paint and paint thinners, sewer odors, and many other noxious odors. When teamed with HEPA filtration, it also effectively removes airborne soot particles and the odors they cause.
